Description ALLIANCE MANAGER - SaaS Based Company in Peachtree CornersMy client, a SaaS based company based in Peachtree Corners, is searching for an Alliance Manager for a direct-hire, permanent position. The Alliance Manager will manage and oversee the business aspects of company’s relationships with key strategic partners and will operate under the general direction of the VP, Sales & Marketing.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing partners.

Collaborate with strategic partners to identify and leverage joint business opportunities to enhance customer value and drive revenue growth.

Lead proposal efforts and effectively communicate company’s value proposition.

Manage multiple partner alliances ensuring ongoing satisfaction.

Handle partner expectations, communication, escalations, and feedback.

Build and nurture relationships with key partner executives.

Serve as the day-to-day contact for partners regarding business matters.

Contribute to the business terms of partner agreements.

Work with the Marketing team to track industry trends, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to strengthen partnerships.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to sustain partnerships.

Regularly report to company leadership on customer feedback regarding company’s products and services.

Stay informed about competitive solutions and services.

Represent company at industry and partner events.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, business management, accounting, or finance preferred.

Proactive, driven, and self-motivated to achieve business goals.

Proven experience in managing partner relationships and delivering complex integrated software solutions.

10+ years of management experience.

Expertise in IT, software development, and/or the Payroll/HR industry.

Strong knowledge of the Payroll/HR industry is a plus.

Experience with SaaS agreements.

Excellent relationship-building, leadership, and team management skills.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse business stakeholders.

Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Familiarity with major HCM vendors is advantageous.

Capable of managing multiple concurrent requests and resolving issues promptly.

Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and conclusions.

Proficiency in PowerPoint for presenting conclusions to executives and other audiences.

Experience with Salesforce preferred.

Willingness to travel up to 30%.
