Understands the Enterprise data systems and acquires knowledge on the relevant processes need for project delivery.

Participate in Agile scrum activities/project status meetings on regular basis.

Participate in User story discussion with technical lead.

Be a team player and work with team members for Business solution and implementation.

Detailed understanding of Business Portfolio budgets including both Business and IT Capital Investments and Operations Expense

Strong communicator both verbal and written with the ability to influence across all functions and at all levels of the organization

Ensure that program management approaches are consistent, measurable, and aligned with corporate standards, Scrum and Agile best practices

Required Qualifications

1+ years of Experience in executing Data warehousing ETL projects.

1+ years of experience in Track and communicate overall team progress

Ensure delivery of initiatives are on time, on budget and fall within organizational performance targets

Ensure initiative scope, schedule, budget, quality and associated metrics are available, accurate, and meet corporate standards and guidelines

Direct product teams handling all aspects of solution delivery, Agile methodologies

Oversee Agile processes and promote the use of Agile best practices and methodology

Preferred Qualifications

Cloud Certification (AWS/GCP)

Ability to leverage multiple tools and programming languages to analyze and manipulate data sets from disparate data sources.

Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability

Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across teams

Health Care/PBM domain experience

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

EducationBachelors Degree in in computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience Masters Degree preferred Please replace this section with the Education RequirementsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$61,800.00 - $123,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
