We are partnered with one of the largest music and streaming platforms of its kind. They are immensely growing their engineering team and are looking for an Application Engineer to join their growing team. You will do well in this role if you have prior experience as a Software Developer in an open source language (Python or Java). Candidates should have experience with modern SAST/DAST tools and OWASP Top Ten methodologies. As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for detecting security vulnerabilities in the code and security implementation. Required Skills & Experience
- Programming experience in Java or Python
- Experience with penetration testing or web application testing
- Experience managing security best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related major
- Exposure to a cloud computing platform, AWS or Azure
