Seeking Area Manager for Owner-Managed Intown and Metro-Area B Class well-maintained communities.

This corporate position is open for candidates with 3-5 years of “property manager” experience on larger assets (200+) or oversight of multiple properties (regardless of size). Must have a can-do positive attitude, be team oriented, loyal, responsible, present daily and someone who understands what it means to be a follower of company yet a leader and example to their teams.

We will train that perfect someone who has the strong desire to lead teams toward meeting goals and get the job done.

Bi-Lingual Preferred
