If you’re ready to revolutionize the digital experience, join our team and propel your career into the future.About the JobThis position, AVP Engineering Platforms, will be accountable for leading an organization that designs and develops shared engineering platforms that support and enhance the foundational technical capabilities of all customer interaction channels (web, native mobile, Salesforce, VA, 3rd-party, etc.). These platforms ensure that current and future technologies continue to generate benefit as efficiently and effectively as possible, while improving the technical quality as well as the speed and cost of all future Consumer Technology engineering and software developmentefforts. This leader is also responsible for the roadmap and delivery of key enablers that will be used by both human and self-assist channels. The functional areas the leader is responsible for include data analytics, reporting, data visualization, user-interface (UI) engineering frameworks and platforms, API gateways, integration platforms, personalization and recommendation platforms, and engineering / software development standards governance and maintenance.Responsibilities and Day-to-Day ViewDeveloping the Analytics solutions and data collection/data movement frameworks, including deployment of 3rd party tags.

Delivery of UI Technology and Component framework, establishing standards and governance practices.

Develop and execute CMS strategy and solutions.

Actively manage the lifecycle of Brand Center assets.

Delivery of the Mulesoft based API gateway, framework, and standards.

Enabling federated Mulesoft API development.

Optimize API Performance including deployment architecture, monitoring, and instrumentation.

Creating next-generation personalization and recommendation tools to surface relevant information based on context, attributes, and models in self- and human-assist channels.

Establishing, monitoring, enforcing, and performing lifecycle management of engineering and software development standards by leading a cross-functional Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE).

Coaching and development of direct reports, executive material preparation, training, key stakeholdering, relationship building and software / ecosystem partner management.

Qualifications10+ years of relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree is preferred.

Skills certifications

Experience at a fast-paced consumer products or technology company.

Experience working with cross functional and highly matrixed organizations.
