Job DescriptionAssociate Director, Global Impact Giving / Office of Social Business InnovationGlobal Impact Giving (GIG) is an important function within our enterprise, serving as a major driver of the company’s social impact in communities around the world. GIG sits under the Office of Social Business Innovation (OSBI) and leverages our products and people alongside philanthropic program investments to improve the health and wellbeing of underserved populations.Our Team is responsible for managing much of the company’s sizable charitable product & cash giving portfolio (including grants from our Foundation, corporate contributions, employee giving, and global product donations). GIG also has operational oversight of the U.S. Patient Assistance Programs (PAP) run under our Patient Assistance Program Foundation, an independent 501(c)3 non-profit organization.This position plays a critical part in contributing to GIG’s vision to effectively leverage our products and people alongside philanthropic investments to improve the health and wellbeing of underserved populations, and as a result, its ESG goals.Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading the strategic direction and managing the daily operations of the company’s U.S. Patient Assistance Program (PAP) and delivering on our goals.

Managing ongoing vendor relationships, consulting with critical internal and external partners (including legal, policy, compliance, demand planning, finance, and product brand teams etc.), and providing governance support over the PAP’s policies and programs.

Responsible for contracting, vendor management, invoice reviews and payment, product demand forecasting, related product cost and operating budgets, tax and program reporting, auditing oversight, program resource creation, inventory management and all other related program and departmental operations and activities.

Conduct regular reviews of program business rules, governance oversight, pharmacovigilance processes and related documentation.

Serve as a trusted company point for our National Service Center as it relates to PAP, for internal / external stakeholder inquiries, and related governance.

Lead exploration, recommendation, and implementation of ongoing PAP process improvements including national benchmarking analyses.

Manage our company’s initiative to provide annual charitable contributions, where applicable and appropriate, to a qualified independent third-party co-pay assistance foundation.

Coordinates with our Communications team to support the development, management, and approval of communications materials related to role’s projects and portfolio objectives.

Ensures adherence to our company’s Code of Conduct, Values, Standards and Polices, as well as program Legal and Compliance requirements and Governance.

Location/Commute Requirements:This position can be remote with up to 25% -30% travel for our departmental meetings / PAP oversight.Qualifications:Education Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, pharmacy, or a related fieldRequired Experience and Skills:

Minimum 5 years working experience in management of patient product assistance/support programs, pharmacy operations, product donation delivery, vendor contracting, and related quality oversight.

Working knowledge of the U.S. health care landscape and policies as related to patient product assistance/support programs, including the payor market, commercial and government health care coverage options (including Medicare), evolving government policies, patient navigation solutions and inventory management.

Demonstrated leadership over execution of continuous quality improvement projects delivering process design strengthening, patient focused improvements, risk assessments, reengineering efficiencies, and organizational change.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Master’s degree in public health, pharmacy, or a related patient focused field

Demonstrated working experience with the medical and legal review systems such as (Veeva Vault (Promo Mats), SAP, Rapid Response, and Ariba management and/or experience in equivalent systems with an ability to quickly learn new program platforms.
