- Experience in expanding business opportunities within existing accounts and cultivating new business opportunities
- Proposal development experience including the ability to effectively sell business solutions to clients
- Running projects and managing teams; and delivery experience driving business requirements, identifying gaps and omissions, and designing solutions
- Business intelligence strategy, including identification and prioritization of business needs, high-level architecture, and incremental development strategy
- Business intelligence tools (such as Cognos, Business Objects or Hyperion) as well as experience with technology selection
- Assuring quality completion of the deliverables
- Participating in new process visioning and design
- Master's degree and/or professional certifications
- Demonstrated track record of managing large and complex consulting engagements; including a role in managing and interfacing with senior level client executives
- Industry experience in either financial services, media & entertainment and/or life sciences
- Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company; can build consensus and achieve goals through influence
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to seek innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems
- Lead a team in development of target accounts through hands-on involvement in acquisition, growth, delivery quality, client satisfaction, risk management, profitability, and team effectiveness
- Build strong partnerships and authentic relationships with clients' executive team, and manage the overall relationship
- Assess client risk and mitigate on an ongoing basis
- Lead business expansion by identifying and nurturing new engagement opportunities
- Develop compelling and targeted account strategies that drive new account acquisition

- 10+ years of, professional services and/or staffing industry experience, current or tracking towards senior leadership or senior executive level
- 10+ years of business development experience in Technology with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success leading new business development opportunities and selling solutions for existing and new Fortune 500 client accounts, including proposal development experience
- Experience with MSP/VMS, large complex procurement-led opportunities and developing and selling opportunities on SOWs
- The ability to identify out-of-the-box solutions and creatively solve complex technical/business problems
- Demonstrated success leading a geographically distributed team
- Experience running engagements, managing teams, and driving desired business outcomes throughout delivery, as well as the ability to pinpoint gaps and omissions
- A track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements with roles that involve building and fostering relationships with senior-level client executives
- An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master's degree and/or professional certificates are bonuses
