- Able to diagnose and resolve complex problems
- Able to design, analyze, evaluate and implement complex Audio-Visual systems and solutions
- knowledge in switching, routing, multiplexers, control systems, display devices, scalers, amplifiers, speakers, microphones, rack layout
- Able to interpret CAD wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics CAD drawings
- Basic computer networking knowledge
- Certification: Extron certified control professional
