Diverse Responsibilities: From custom control systems to video walls, you’ll handle a variety of high-tech equipment in executive boardrooms and conference centers.

What You’ll Do:

Troubleshoot & Resolve: Tackle complex issues with Crestron DM and NVX, AMX, AVoIP networks, audio DSP systems, projection displays, video walls, and more.

Preventative Maintenance: Conduct testing and site surveys to ensure top-notch service.

Documentation: Write clear and concise service reports and system site surveys.

Leadership: Manage multiple projects and mentor junior/intermediate field service techs.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: A two-year diploma from a technical school or equivalent experience. CTS certification is highly preferred.

Experience: At least 3 years of field service experience.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects successfully.
