PETADATA is looking for a

AWS Python Developer to work with one of our clients in multiple locations.

Job Location:

Wilmington, DE

Work Authorization: C2C

Duration: Long-term

Experience: 8+ years of experience required.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Must have writing efficient, reusable, testable, and scalable code
  • Must have skills of understanding, analysing, and implementing – Business needs, feature modification requests, conversion into software components
  • Must have working experience on integration of user-oriented elements into different applications, data storage solutions
  • Must be worked on developing – Backend components to enhance performance and receptiveness, server-side logic, and platform, statistical learning models, highly responsive web applications
  • Must have skills on designing and implementing – High availability and low latency applications, data protection and security features
  • Must have performance tuning and automation of application
  • Must have worked on testing and debugging software applications with Python test framework tools like Behave, Pytest, PyUnit, etc.
  • Must have enhancing the functionalities of current software systems
  • Must have knowledge Coming up with digital tools for online traffic monitoring
  • Must have worked on python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, etc.
  • Must have experience on creating predictive models for AI and ML-based features
  • Must have touch with the latest technology and trends
  • Must have knowledge with fine-tune and develop AI/ML-based algorithms based on results

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Equivalent Experience
  • 8-12 years of related experience
  • Strong Experience building in AWS Platforms (Lambda, S3 Buckets, EMR, Redshift, PostGRESQL, Step Functions, etc.)
  • Experience with Python development
  • Experience working with ETL Tools
  • Experience with managing and querying databases
  • Experience in enterprise monitoring and logging (Splunk), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Urban code)
