- Bachelor's Degree with sales experience (IT sales preferred)
- 5-10 years' experience with BDM Sales/Account management.
- Must have IT staffing experience.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

- Maintain existing business, new client acquisitions
- Proven relationship and people management skills with high level of professionalism
- Great organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a clear understanding of technical roles and responsibilities and be able to effectively communicate the client's requirements to the staffing team
- Partner with management to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
- Must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task. Must have a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure
- Experience working in the US IT Staffing Industry
- Good understanding of IT Business, Sales and Recruitment processes from contract negotiations to contract closure.
