JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Benefits Manager with a dotted line to Sr. Director, Total Rewards, the Benefits & Comp Analyst contributes to the research, design and administration of the Company’s Total Rewards program in such areas as health and welfare and retirement benefit plan administration, compensation planning, annual salary survey submissions, organizational market assessments, and compliance audits. This role will require effective communication with internal/external cross-functional teams. Must demonstrate a track record of accuracy in data management, exceptional excel skills, excellent communication and follow-up and time management skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and process new hire enrollments, qualified life events, open enrollment, and EOI requests within Plan Source benefits enrollment tool and communicate with HR Business Partners to ensure compliance and timely action
Manage benefit deductions arrearage process in coordination with payroll team
Monitor department mail, complete Qualified Medical Support Orders, and update benefit enrollments in Plan Source benefits enrollment tool
Assist in review of benefit communication materials, reports, plan documents, etc.
Monitor and escalate or respond to email requests via the Benefits Inbox.
Assist in market analysis for positions to formulate compensation recommendations using external and internal benchmarks.
Develop and maintain electronic library of job descriptions, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility.
Responsible for day-to-day administration of the Company’s 401(k) plan (monitoring error reports for demographic integration files, enrollment, funding, plan audit/review, etc.)
Support annual compensation planning and incentive cycles, including preparation of reports and data validation.
Conduct and participate in salary surveys and analyzes results to ensure market competitiveness and best practice.
Accountable for continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and communications.
Ensure programs are administered in accordance with plan documents and legal compliance, staying up to date on changing regulations or plan provisions.
Serve as an integral part of the management of current and future enhancements of relevant workflow and processes liaising with HRIS, Benefits, Payroll / Finance and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data and process accuracy.
Keep apprised of federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations and market practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
4 - 7 years benefits experience and data analytics with emphasis on 401(k) plan administration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills
Proficiency with ADP and PlanSource or similar benefits enrollment tool preferred
