The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights. This role involves maintaining and optimizing data warehouse systems, developing and managing BI reports, and providing ongoing support to ensure data integrity and availability.Key Responsibilities:

Reporting and Business Intelligence: Develop, design, and maintain BI reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, SSRS Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions. Perform data analysis to support business decision-making and identify trends, patterns, and insights. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in reports and dashboards. Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.

Data Warehouse Maintenance: Oversee the daily operations of data warehouse systems, ensuring data is loaded, processed, and available for reporting. Monitor data warehouse performance and implement optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability. Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot issues related to data integrity, consistency, and accuracy. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to manage data integration processes and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows. Maintain documentation for data warehouse architecture, processes, and procedures.

Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for BI and data warehouse-related issues, resolving incidents in a timely manner. Conduct root cause analysis for data discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in BI and data warehousing technologies. Participate in regular review meetings with stakeholders to discuss performance, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BI reporting, data analysis, and data warehouse maintenance.

Proven experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.

Hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts, architecture, and ETL processes.

Familiarity with SQL and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).

Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

Preferred:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business users and technical teams.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload effectively.

Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
