Business Intelligence Developer We are in search of experienced candidates to join the Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an analytical mind, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify valuable data. Other Responsibilities of the Business Intelligence Developer include making decisions based on data, developing tools to synthesize findings into solutions, coordinating with the cyber analytics team, hands-on technical writing, and participating in the training process for additional employees. Essential functions of this position include:
- Effectively communicates with team members to develop a strategy.
- Working with a variety of assignments across multiple fields of analysis.
- Creating predictive models and machine learning programs.
- Developing digital solutions to solve issues faced by clients.
- Compiling and analyzing financial data to ensure efficiency and reduce labor needs.
- Creating user-friendly interfaces and dashboards for internal and external use.
- Reviewing feedback on UI/UX systems to make necessary changes.
- Becoming familiar with the firm's policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial/Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Background in cyber engineering or data analytics.
- Expert knowledge of Python and other coding languages.
- Experience in the development of predictive models and other deliverables.
- Excellent analytical and statistical problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
