- Cognos - IBM Cognos for our dashboard development, someone familiar with dashboard development, the latest chart methods, performance tuning, framework manager and Report Studio experience
- Dashboard design - storytelling with data experience is another key skill
- SQL development - experience writing queries from normalized and dimensionally modeled data sources.
- Data analysis - familiarity with profiling data sets, creating exhibits to determine the appropriate source for a key metric or report.
- Design acumen especially in dimensional modeling.
- Experience with other BI tools such as Power BI.
- SSRS experience.
