Beacon Hill Staffing Group is assisting our client in the non-profit sector in a search for a Bilingual Development Assistant. This position will work with their Fundraising department assisting with database systems, administrative duties, and fundraising events This temporary-to-hire position is fully onsite in Sandy Springs, GA. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and update donor database (Salesforce) Create and process thank you letters promptly Assist with meeting preparation and recording of meeting minutes Track volunteer hours Generate lists and maintain spreadsheets through Excel Set up files and maintain filing room Attend and help setup fundraising events as neededPrepare volunteer materialsQUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years in fundraising for a non-profitBilingual English/Spanish required Ability to work in a team environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Experience with SalesforceAvailable to work flexible hours including nights and weekends Strong critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills Experience with reconciling budgets and assisting with budget tracking and record keeping as neededAbility to stand for multiple hours and lift and carry up to 30 pounds Is this the opportunity you have been waiting for?
