Bilingual (Spanish) Eligibility Processor

Beacon Hill Associates is seeking Bilingual (Spanish) Eligibility Processors for a six-month contract position located in Alpharetta, GA. This role specializes in processing applications for rent assistance, reviewing documentation, and conducting interviews with applicants and landlords. The position involves utilizing multiple software systems to ensure accurate and timely processing. This is an in-office, 5-days-a-week opportunity with no remote or hybrid flexibility.Daily Duties:Review and process applications for eligibility and screening.Conduct 10-minute phone interviews with applicants and landlords.Verify documentation such as income records, utility bills, and lease agreements.Calculate annual income from provided documentation.Accurately track and update applicant records using proprietary software.Ensure compliance with established rent assistance policies and performance standards.Ideal Candidate:Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.Experience in document processing, mortgage or real estate transactions, insurance claims, or eligibility determination (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, unemployment claims).Strong attention to detail, ability to meet quotas, and work in a deadline-driven environment.Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Work Environment & Requirements:Casual dress code (jeans and sneakers allowed, but must be professional).No remote work-onsite only.Training schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch.Post-training schedule: 8-hour shifts starting at either 8:00 AM, 8:30 AM, or 9:00 AM.Expectation of processing 50 cases per week and conducting 10 interviews per day.Ability to listen to music with headphones, but no video watching allowed.If you are bilingual in Spanish, detail-oriented, and have experience in document processing or eligibility verification, this role offers an excellent opportunity to assist families in need while working in a structured and supportive environment.
