Job Description: • Supports the Account Executives in the management aspects of reporting, data queries, surveillance and data analysis of trends for our Debt Cancellation clients. Provides support for client relationships and deliverables with key partner contacts on a day-to-day basis. Prepare and monitor baseline and complex new analytics and that contribute to revenue growth and cost reduction strategies.• Supports the Customer Care Team in the management aspects of reporting, data queries, surveillance and data analysis of trends for our Debt Cancellation clients and Customer Care Partner Sites. Provides support for relationships and deliverables with key partner contacts on a day-to-day basis. Prepare and monitor baseline and complex new analytics and that contribute to revenue growth and cost reduction strategies.• Actively Listens to concerns, needs, goals or objections, both stated and unstated, and proactively develops reporting solutions to meet the needs.• Oversees the creation of reporting development activities for the Client Reporting & Analytics team to assist with overall surveillance and management of program. This position requires extensive knowledge of all functional processes within the company and the impacts of any process changes to reporting for all clients. These activities could vary from ad hoc client requests for data or analytics, new client report development as a result of a new function that we are now utilizing or enhancing, as well as internal reporting development or enhancements. This position utilizes advanced analytical and programming skills to create in-depth reporting and analytics.• Oversees the creation of reporting development activities for the Call Center team to assist with overall surveillance and management of program. This position requires extensive knowledge of all functional processes within the company and the impacts of any process changes to reporting for all clients. These activities could vary from ad hoc management and client requests for data or analytics, new client report development as a result of a new function that we are now utilizing or enhancing, as well as internal reporting development or enhancements. This position utilizes advanced analytical and programming skills to create in-depth reporting and analytics.• SUPPORTS the VP of Reporting in organizing tasks and information to effectively deploy meaningful client and customer care reporting while meeting/exceeding expectations.

Required Experience:a. 5-7 years Financial Analysis preferred. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer science, or Accounting is preferred.b. SQL experience is critical. Minimum 5 years of experience is preferred. Candidates will be tested on site for SQL proficiency. Ability to write, deploy, and maintains queries and stored procedures with high level SQL experience.c. Knowledge of Call Center fundamentals and reporting is required. Nice in Contact experience with Call, Self Service IVR, and Survey data and related tables a bonus. Previous experience with administration and/or workforce management experience desired. Experience in Insurance industry desired.d. Expert level of Excel required. SharePoint, PowerPoint and Word knowledge are critical; candidates will be tested for proficiency.e. Ability to identify, suggest, and troubleshoot projects in conjunction with other functional areas or subject matter leaders to address specific care, quality or client issues during the course of managing our clients' programs.f. Ability to manage your own time and assignments in a high paced work environment and can work within a team as well.g. Highly proficient in spoken and written English and able to communicate with all levels of the organization.h. Able to work off-hours to support a day-to-day operation.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:1. WRITES, DEPLOYS and MAINTAINS queries and stored procedures with high level SQL experience to support both internal and client delivery of reporting as well as analytical support and data requests.2. CREATES / UPDATES programming reporting data to a final delivery form through use of Excel, Access, or other acceptable form to create custom client reporting.3. WRITE batch files or VBS scripts in support of reporting automation.4. COORDINATES the gathering of client data from functional areas for REVIEW and INPUT into client reports as assigned.5. MAINTAIN all logic and accuracy for reporting tables provided by IT and provide IT requirements/direction when needed. Understanding the impacts and proactively alerting internal customers and clients regarding issues and delays is entailed as well. This position would oversee the automation of processes within the department as well.6. WRITES or otherwise communicates (email, PowerPoint) persuasively to client, and other company representatives to help explain analysis and /or program recommendations based on the data trends.7. INITIATE analyses to determine the cause of claims experience that varies materially from the anticipated claims cost, sharing conclusions with interest parties as appropriate.8. INITIATE analyses to determine the cause of call trends that varies materially from anticipated results sharing conclusions with and recommendations with the client and internal team.9. REVIEWS and ASSESSES data being reported, alerting team members of any issues or trends that should be acted upon.10. DELIVERS custom reporting to clients on a timely basis through email, ftp sites, etc.11. DOCUMENTS and MAINTAINS our records of report development work and communicates progress to AIM team members and clients.12. PUBLISHES an inventory of reports and other contact points periodically.13. MAINTAINS reference tables in support of accurate client reporting.14. PLANS and prepares for new clients, new programs, and new reports occurring in the day-to-day process by working together with those providing data and developing the new reports and gaining a working knowledge of the new reports.15. MAINTAINS a work structure and records to enable extensive multi-tasking while keeping track of deliverables owed and deadlines. Re-prioritizes tasks as required to accomplish each days' work.16. MAINTAINS good working relations with client contacts, key members of the Aon team and external resources.17. ATTENDS TO DETAILS with excellent written and verbal communication skills, extreme detail focus to avoid re-work and errors, and 100% follow-thru on outstanding items.18. MANAGES completion of specific reporting requests/tactics as assigned by VP of Reporting & Analytics.
