Your role in our mission

Discover career satisfaction by design in this challenging position, where you will:
  • Administrator for Business Objects
  • Performs monthly and weekly job monitoring and resolve any failures
  • Develop custom reports per customer request
  • Assist customer users with resolving Business Object report generation issues and access issues
  • Work one-on-one with the customer assisting to generate custom reports using the Business Objects Application
  • Extensive GA Medicaid knowledge
  • Works with system architect and system administrators to plan, document and execute the Business Object server upgrades
  • Complete Tomcat upgrade for Business Objects
  • Liaison between the customer and GA account AD Hoc developers and perform technical development for Ad Hoc reporting

What we're looking for

  • Five (5) years of MMIS experience.
  • Technical Functional Area lead for Ad Hoc Reporting and Business Objects Application, supporting the Georgia MMIS account
  • Monitor and maintain the Business Object Application with required updates
  • Research and work with the customer to resolve action items
  • Experience as subject matter expert designing, constructing, and delivering changes for the Business Objects application
  • Perform training for Business Object users, Large Volume Extracts (LVX) and how to use Study Groups
