Description The Process Analyst will be part of the Business Process team within the Corporate Information Technology organization focused on supporting and enhancing our end-to-end business processes alongside our Senior Process Analysts. The ideal candidate will have experience with process mapping and process reengineering in areas including, but not limited to Lead-to-Opportunity, Quote to Cash, Finance, and Customer Support.The Process Analyst will assist/support Senior Process Analysts with interviewing stakeholders and gathering data on current state, documenting existing processes, and analyzing existing processes to identify inefficiencies and potential areas of improvement. Furthermore, this role will support Senior Process Analysts with identifying pain points and eliciting business needs enabling the creation of optimized future state processes that provide better performance, improved business coordination, and greater efficiencies.Additionally, the Process Analyst will participate in UAT, change management efforts, and other duties as assigned.Duties and Responsibilities• Support documenting current state end-to-end business processes using business process modeling tools• Support and participate in process redesign workshops• Create meeting agendas, gather and organize notes and feedback for consumption, and support Senior Process Analysts in process improvement projects as needed• Ensure metadata of process repositories are complete and accurate

Qualifications • 1 - 5 years of experience as a business facing analyst• Familiar with business process modeling and mapping tools (Visio, iGrafx, Lucidchart, Bizagi)• Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational and analytic skills with attention to detail• Self-starter with ability to work in both collaborative and independent environments• Ability to accept and manage changing priorities• Demonstrate flexibility within a fast-paced environment• Bachelor's degree Strongly Preferred
