Job DescriptionGather, document, and validate the business requirements and specifications of the system Create and maintain business process models, use cases, user requirements, and user documentation of the system Communicate and collaborate with the business stakeholders, technical team, vendors, and other parties involved in the project Conduct testing, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and training of the system Provide support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the system after implementation Create plan proposals, timelines, and budget/personnel requirements for leadership and related departments Lead IT projects, from conception to completion through internal resources and recruit external consultants and resources as needed Provide detailed documentation and training of hardware and software changes, upgrades, and purchases Offer constructive suggestions to users at all levels of technical experience Document/Maintain IT procedures for current inventory of applications, contracts, budget, vendors, and user accounts/set-up Work closely with managed service providers to ensure SLAs are met and activities are performed to completion Support current integrations for error handling and seamless execution Clean, analyze, and prep data for system mass-uploads to ensure accuracy and configured properly to meet outcomes Provide support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the system after implementation Support acquisition activities to properly merge systems and processes to current organizational toolsSalary Range: $110,000 - 125,000We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
