What will you be doing

Your job is to find patients that are ready for a PCH

Hospice patients

Longterm patients

Cancer patients

Chronic illness patients

You connect the patient and family to the PCH

You get the move in fee ( that’s how you get paid

Move in fee is 1500.00 per patient

When do you get paid as soon as family pays the home ( once admission agreement is signed and family gives money it goes straight into your hands (1099) at the end of the year.

A contract will be signed between you and the PCH
