Carpenter / Cabinet Builder Wanted – Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced carpenter or cabinet builder to join our team in Winder, Georgia. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in producing high-quality custom cabinetry, furniture, and woodwork. You’ll be working in our shop and occasionally on job sites, helping create beautiful, functional pieces for residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

Build, assemble, and install custom cabinets, furniture, and millwork

Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications

Operate woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently

Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision

Finish work including sanding, staining, and applying sealants

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of woodworking or cabinet-making experience (preferred)

Ability to read plans and work independently with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Familiarity with various types of wood, laminates, and finishing materials

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional weekends as needed
