Who You Are:

Experienced chef with a strong background in Japanese cuisine (ramen expertise a plus)

Organized, reliable, and ready to lead a kitchen team

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality standards

Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen budgets

Train and mentor kitchen staff

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen (Japanese cuisine preferred)
