Client Migration Specialist

Remote Position

• A Pre-Migration Application Specialist consults with project teams and functional units on the design of important projects or services. Supports existing business systems applications.
• Supports the Installing and testing of company applications.
• Uses sound judgment and experience to solve moderately complex problems based on precedent, example and experience that is commensurate with that of a Business Analyst.
• Utilizes system and data to resolve business issues in the most effective manner.
• Analyzes and identifies root cause; providing input and communicates solutions that lead to success for the company.
• Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolves problems, completes progress reports, recommends actions in accordance with outlined procedures.

• Strong client-facing skills
• Data center migration and pre-migration support
• Software testing, reporting and implementation
• Financial Services, Banking, or Credit Union (and CUnify software) background a strong plus
