CNA/Caregiver

Applied Home Care is seeking highly qualified Certified Nurse Assistants, Home Health Aides or Caregivers to provide Personal Support Services to our clients immediately in All Metro Atlanta Counties. Areas include; Decatur, Stone Mountain, Stockbridge, Hampton, Mcdonough, Fayettville, Atlanta, Athens, and Gainesville, and Tucker.

Requirements include:

- Current CNA license for Georgia (if applicable - not required for caregivers - PCA test will be required for HHA)

- Current CPR/first aid

- Georgia driver's license, Social Security Card- Negative Annual TB Test- Background through Fingerprinting

Reliable Transportation

Hourly compensation is $14+per hour for CNA's Base Rate: Great Rates for Non-CNA's

Shifts Available:

Male Client (Roswell) 16 hours -Time TBA

Male Client (Tucker) 16 hours 930a-130p - 4 days a week (flexible)

Male Client (Atlanta) 12 Hours Time TBA

Female client (Fairburn) 13 Hours

Female Client (Tucker) (4p-8p Mon, Thu, Fri, Sun) (Sat and 9a-1p every other Sun am 830-1230p)

Male Client (Snellville) M-F 16 hours

Male Client (Fayetteville) Mon, Tues 8a-4p, Wednesday 12p-5p , Total 21 Hours

Female Client (Lithonia) 4 hours, Wednesdays or Saturdays

Female Client (Doraville) Evenings 26 hours 5p-9p or 4p-8p Sat and Sun 5p-8p

Applied Home Care provides services including but not limited to:

· Assisting with Daily Activities

· Bathing (complete/partial)

· Bathroom assistance

· Dressing

PPE's are supplied as needed.

Job Type: Part-time (May receive full-time hours)

Pay: $14.00+ per hour for CNA's, and Caregiver based in experience. $13.00 for Non CNA's
