This role will provide analyst support related to strategic initiatives, data quality and other master data management activities for an assigned master data domain. We’re looking for someone with a passion for analytics that has a track record of deriving actionable results from data and trends.What You’ll Do for Us

Provide advanced analytical support to assigned master data domain program lead, work-stream leads and governance efforts that require master data expertise and knowledge.

Provide SME knowledge of master data system table structures, interfaces, source system platforms, IT protocols/SOPs, governance/maintenance processes, and technologies.

Consult with both IT and master data internal and external clients to interpret tool, data and/or system requirements as well as to obtain data or develop data structures

Develop, enhance and maintain Strategic Master Data Solutions Master Data Hub portal including standards and process documentation

Coordinate execution and implementation of approved projects within area of responsibility to execute the plan, including building mock-ups and wireframes to illustrate how products could work and iterate with end-users during the product development process.

Orchestrate the deployment of resources (e.g., people, infrastructure, financial, informational) from Coca-Cola (e.g., client, internal service providers) and third parties in order to ensure successful project completion.

Establish project goals and milestones to ensure the project is on-time, on-budget and meets the customer’s specifications. Monitor plan and execution progress to resolve any plan variances and provide accurate communication to stakeholders.

Builds outstanding products using product management: understand your user, their pain points, and build a roadmap for a solution that can solve that problem and set good goals and KPIs/metrics to make sure that the team is able to meet targets.

Writes application and database codes based on business requirements or user stories, architectural requirements, and established coding standards, determines methods to validates code against business and architectural requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Business Administration/Engineering/Management Information Systems, or related degree field is required, Master’s degree is preferred.

5+ years' experience in analytical, finance or operations working in a data-centric business environment.

Apply knowledge and insights to solve master data business issues.

Effective communication skills (explaining reports, analysis, and insights to business partners).

Proven comfort and an intellectual curiosity for working with large sets of data, pulling in relevant team members to address identified and sometimes undiscovered needs for clients.

Experience with Microsoft Office, including knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Access, etc. as well as web design, ASP, HTML scripts.

Experience with business intelligence or data querying tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Showcase, Tableau, Micro Strategy, etc.

Project Management experience doing the following: manage projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria) by establishing clear goals and accountabilities; developing project plans and allocating resources; identifying potential issues/risks and developing contingency plans.

Experience in the technology field, digital solutions or platforms implementation, and agile methodology.
