- College degree or equivalent work experience in Management Consulting, Communications, Design, Organizational Design, Business, Psychology, or Engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills (English language)
- Strong strategic planning, writing, and editing experience
- A high degree of initiative and the ability to solve problems
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others and under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Flexibility in dealing with changing priorities and ability to meet short- and long-term deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential assignments discreetly, exercise sound editorial judgment, and maintain the trust and confidence of leadership team
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- General understanding of project management principles
- Ability to communicate effectively with and tailor content to all levels of management and frontline (operational) employee groups
- Ability to provide, receive, and apply constructive feedback
- Social media and multi-media experience preferred

- Experience with interaction and trend data collection, analysis, and reporting
- A portfolio of work, demonstrating talent, skills, expertise, experience, and potential
- Acts as strategic communications and change management counsel to ACS project leaders to support the overall communication strategy, partner relationships, and change initiatives
- Develops content for internal communication channels that provides clear and concise messaging
- Creates professional presentations, memos, and talking points for senior leadership and other department leaders
- Works collaboratively with other team members to develop best practices and or standard operating procedures for communications and change management that can be leveraged across ACS projects
- Collaborates with Corporate Communications, HR Service Delivery Teams, Project Management Offices and other stakeholders across the enterprise
- Leads the development of video scripts and support team members by coordinating assets, locations, and other virtual messaging needs
- Manages the messaging strategies to HR Business Partners, Corporate groups, and frontline employees (e.g., internal Deltanet articles, social media, texting, newsletters, leadership messages, and other publications)
- Identifies opportunities for innovation and improvements to current communication methods and processes
- Partners with departmental leaders to measure the effectiveness of communications and draw insights from analytics
- Successfully navigates complex, fast-moving, and unexpected communications challenges
- Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
