As part of the team, you will have access to an unparalleled network of resources and endless opportunities to collaborate on exciting projects with diverse teammates from across the globe.Your ImpactWSP is seeking a Construction Quality Assurance Manager to support a project located near Savannah, Georgia.This full-time, onsite Construction Quality Assurance Manager position will work as an owners’ representative supporting the construction of a large recycling process facility. The project includes ground up construction of a new facility, complete with civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection, as well as interior finishes. This position will work as part of a team of onsite construction safety, quality, and engineering staff supported by procurement and project controls professionals.ResponsibilitiesDaily onsite quality assurance oversight of construction trade subcontractors

Support development of quality checklists and forms to verify compliance with design drawings and specifications

Coordination and review of third party testing and commissioning

Proactive influence on the management of safety/quality/change/risk

Preparation of various reports, verification of contractor quality control inspections and testing, and reviews of project closeout and as-built documentation

Who You AreWe are seeking a self-motivated professional with:10+ years of relevant construction experience with 3+ years supporting quality control/assurance activities on large projects.

Extensive experience with construction plans and specifications, and knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations, including all permitting.

Experience in developing and implementing QA/QC programs, plans, checklists, and/or training documents to ensure work conforms to the contract documents.

Excellent verbal/written communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.

Liaison experience between contractors, designers, owners, and end-users, including owner-furnished contractor-installed equipment.

Commitment to safety to include OSHA 30-hour training and other safety certifications are desired.

Certifications in quality assurance or commissioning are desired (e.g., CDCAP, DCEP, ICC, CxA, NICET, ASHRAE, USACE CQM, etc.)

Must pass a drug test, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Company's driving (MVR) policy.

Able to walk distances on uneven sites, climb small ladders, and work in an active construction environment
