What do we expect from you day-to-day?Delivery Excellence Lead on Executive Search research, market mappings, talent profiling and analysis relating to Executive Talent AcquisitionSupport Executive TA Recruiters on leadership appointments spanning the full life cycle of the hiring processCreatively source top diverse executive talent from analogous industries that would complement and help drive Visa’s business growthEnsure that candidates from all acquisition channels are developed and followed through, track information on the company’s Candidate Relationship Management System (CRM)Prepare progress reports, documents and market analysis that is impactful and compelling to a leadership audienceStrategic Advisory Approach Advise hiring managers and other executives about insightful market intelligence, interesting moves, and appointments in and outside the fintech / payments industryStay abreast of all major industry developments and proactively alert the Global Executive Talent Acquisition team to talent and market trendsSupport briefings and bring insightful market research that will add value to the Executive Talent Acquisition strategic agendaProactively identify key industry issues that will affect hiring managers and senior leadership teams in the regionsKnowledge Management, Special Projects, Employer Value Proposition AmbassadorProactively ensure any reference materials (e.g., Progress Reports, Mappings, Target Lists, etc.) are prepared ahead of time for team / client updates and reviewOwn specific initiatives / projects as delegated by the Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition and the Global Head of ResearchHelp develop Visa’s position globally and in the regions as a leading technology payments organization that is the go-to destination for exceptional talentThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
