Develop well-structured content for district learners using content creation tools such as Camtasia, Articulate 360, etc.
Develop and create content for web presence using HTML and CSS code
Edit and proofread content developed by district Professional Learning providers before publication
Identify customers’ needs and provide guidance as to best learning solutions to be posted in ELiS
Update ELiS group structure, users, reports as needed
Target content to specific groups and focus on trending channels and courses.
Incorporate blog and social media posts using APS Workplace

Skill requirements

Experience uploading content to learning platform similar to Blackboard, Docebo, etc
CSS
HTML
Microsoft Teams, and O365
Experience using content development tools like Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate 360
Strong written and oral communication
Critical thinking skills
Exceptional customer service skills including the ability to interact with diverse group of stakeholders

Preferred Skills

Ability to create and manage APIs
Ability to create and manage SFTPs
