complex challenges.The Manager, Consolidations and Reporting is a key

role in the finance organization providing corporate and business unit

management with timely and accurate consolidated information and

analyses to facilitate sound business decisions. The role leads the

preparation, analysis, control and reporting of the consolidated

financial statements and related data and provides functional leadership

and expertise over the consolidation system and close process. This

position reports to the Director, Consolidations and Reporting and

supports growth, transformation, and continuous improvement and serves

as a key business partner to the rest of the finance organization and

broader operational teams.Responsibilities:Responsible for the accurate

internal and external reporting of consolidated and business unit

financial information to corporate and business unit management to

support making sound business decisions.Responsible for leading and

maintaining the Company's financial accounting global consolidation and

management reporting process including ensuring that all data is

reported timely, accurately, completely and in compliance with all

applicable policies, procedures and regulations.Provide expertise

serving as a subject matter expert for the OneStream Global

Consolidation System and Global Chart of Accounts.Proactively identify

application and business process opportunities and recommend and

implement improvements to maximize efficiency and functionality, test

and endorse software upgrades and patches, help to maintain application

setup and procedure documentation, and develop and conduct end user

training including training materials.Support more complex accounting

areas and balance sheet reconciliations including stockholder's equity

related transactions, treasury, and tax.Provide technical expertise,

advice and counsel on accounting and reporting issues including

financial analyses in support of the business unit financial teams and

FP&A.Provide support for preparation of external SEC filings and other

external reporting and management reporting.Assist with establishing new

accounting and internal control procedures or altering existing

procedures to meet changing business or financial requirements,

including ensuring that unit procedures, instructions and practices

provide adequate internal financial control and are in conformance with

corporate accounting and financial control policies and

instructions.Provide a liaison between the business units and corporate

reporting by developing strong and open relationships with personnel in

various domestic and international locations.Function as a contact for

corporate and business unit management and financial personnel

world-wide for questions on accounting, reporting, internal control and

financial policies.Ensure application of established corporate financial

controls by the effective implementation and maintenance of financial

policies and instructions; and by the establishment and maintenance of

effective and reliable control procedures.Provides support to internal
