Job Summary: Regional Operations, L&D Leader responsible to support development, implementation, and execution of learning needs for Operations within assigned Operations Division. This key leader will support the Divisional, Ops, L&D Leader in executing the learning plan across their assigned region. The Regional Leader is responsible to improve learning solutions for classroom training, or equipment training utilizing new learning technology, so we can better scale and get learning to teams in the flow of work. This leader should be able to help develop and deliver learning, facilitate, and build technical training processes that enable skill sustainment, measurement & improvement year over year. Major Job Responsibilities:

Support development and implementation of training

Partner with key SME’s / Trainer to develop, design and improve learning solutions.

Support the development of site technical training owners & Area L&D Leaders, so we can continue to improve our training systems locally.

Deliver and facilitate courses as needed.

Manage communication, coordination, and measurement of skills across a region.

Ensure the 4-focus area learning processes are deployed across the region. (Site Orientation, Onboarding, Job Certification Improvement & creation of a Training Plan)

Technical Skills: · Strong business knowledge · Industry knowledge in manufacturing, supply chain · Passion for good training and teaching others · Knowledge of Corrugated Processes across the Division · Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Forms Others Qualification:

5-7 Years’ Training or Learning Experience Preferred at a small regional level

Ability to support learning design and development using varied learning tools

Learning Management System Experience, or Management of Learning System Experience Preferred

Facilitation Experience
