Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia. The role is based within the government industry and involves handling customer interactions primarily related to state pension plans. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate and efficient responses to inquiries and managing customer accounts.Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, letters, and faxes. Direct inquiries to the appropriate individuals, departments, or agencies based on the nature and complexity of the inquiries. Provide clear and accurate information on state pension plans and associated regulations, policies, and procedures. Analyze customer inquiries and requests, making recommendations for potential improvements in the communication process. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our call center software. Update customer profiles and account data on our systems during customer interactions. Generate regular reports compiling statistics and other relevant data for department usage. Carry out additional tasks as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the department. Utilize your skills in ADP - Financial Services, Avaya CMS, Computer Programs, CRM, Epic Software, About Time, Answering Inbound Calls, Assist Customers, Benefit Functions, and Billing Functions to perform your duties effectively. Requirements Extensive experience with ADP Financial Services Proficiency in Avaya CMS Strong computer program skills Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software Familiarity with Epic Software and About Time Proven ability to answer inbound calls professionally and efficiently Demonstrated ability to assist customers, resolving their queries and concerns Experience with benefit functions in a government setting Familiarity with billing functions in a government setting Clear and effective communication skills Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively Strong problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
