We’re seeking a professional and dependable Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in creating a smooth, efficient, and friendly experience for our customers from the moment they walk in to the moment they pick up their vehicle.

Position Summary

The Customer Service Coordinator is the main point of contact between the shop and our customers. This person will manage service scheduling, customer communications, payment handling, and general administrative duties. Ideal candidates are organized, friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians

Communicate repair status and updates to customers

Prepare and explain estimates, invoices, and service recommendations

Handle cash, credit card, and check payments accurately

Release trucks to customers upon payment and ensure proper documentation

Scan and submit receipts, invoices, and related documents to Accounts Payable

Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer interactions and work orders

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Keep the customer service area clean, organized, and welcoming

Requirements

Prior customer service experience, preferably in an automotive or diesel repair setting

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable handling cash and electronic payments with accuracy

Familiarity with basic diesel truck terminology (a plus)

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Proficient in basic computer and office software

Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player

Schedule

Monday to Friday

Occasional weekends or extended hours as needed
