Position DescriptionThe Customer Service Representative will be responsible for receiving and responding to oral and written patient account inquiries. This position requires the exercise of courtesy and patience to maintain positive patient relations.
Position Requirements
- One year experience in customer service in a medical business environment (hospital, insurance company, doctor's office), medical collections, or related field, OR Associate's Degree in Business.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Typing requirement 30WPM.
