Description We are offering an opportunity to join our team in the role of a Customer Service Representative based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is a part of our customer operations team, where you will be a key point of contact for our customers, handling their requests and managing their accounts. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to ensure customer expectations are met.Responsibilities: Handle Customer Operations tasks including transfers, activations, deactivations, onboarding, device management, and customer account updates Support the sales and support teams with general operations to help reach company objectives Act as a point of contact for the department, proactively working towards efficiencies within the role over time Respond to email messages and process cases, maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency Regularly review and update documentation as needed for process improvement Contact customers to obtain missing information or to resolve any issues Maintain and update customer records accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date Communicate internally important feedback from customers Handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills Navigate through various systems performing multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience with data entry and order entry Strong customer service skills, preferably in a call center environment Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls Experience in responding to customer inquiries via email Ability to schedule appointments effectively Experience answering inbound calls in a timely and professional manner Must have a customer-centric approach and a commitment to resolving customer issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a team, as well as independently High level of attention to detail and organizational skills Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
