Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Downtown Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Job Duties Include:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Resolve product or service issues in a professional and timely manner

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office)

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
