We are building the next level of charging as a service, taking complete ownership and control of the charging infrastructure, the scheduling of the vehicles, the cloud platform, and the utility meter – in order toprovide the highest availability and resilience in the market. In this way, we will accelerate the adoption of electric-powered fleets by optimizing the delivery of power and making refueling seamless and efficient. By taking control of the utility meter, and optimizing EV charge rate and vehicle process flow, EV CaaS provides the lowest cost of electric fueling possible.The EV CaaS Customer Success Manager provides world-class post-sales professional services support to our key accounts. You will directly interact with our clients in the US, Canada and Mexico, identifying ways that our managed service can improve client fleet electrification, and demonstrating and driving that value across our customer base. You will guide each account through their pre-sales, implementation, and post-sale journey ensuring that the voice of customer is represented internally at all phases. As our EV CaaS platform will integrate with our customers’ fleets and charging infrastructure, a sound understanding of fleet EV charging and business case for electrification is required.The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in optimizing how the customer interacts with our managed service and drives upsell of new business opportunities by qualifying and nurturing installed base in support of our rapidly growing business. Your key metrics will include Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth and customer satisfaction across your accounts.As the Customer Success Manager , you will:

Act as primary interface to managed charging customers in the after-sales phase

Ensure highest customer satisfaction throughout the execution and service phases of the engagement

Drive upselling opportunities to grow ARR (annual recurring revenue) and successfully renew the service for each account

Provide structured reports on customer health, satisfaction and ARR pipeline

Manage the cadence of customer communication including onboarding, training, and quarterly & executive business reviews

Deeply understand the customer’s business case for managed charging and ensures that Siemens delivers against the business case

Advocate for customer needs within the internal organization, including project management, service operations and product R&D

Organize regional customer engagement / user forums to drive loyalty and value

Participate in product development feedback loop to ensure product evolves to meet customer needs

You will make impact if you have the following qualifications:

3-5 years as individual contributor in Customer Success role

Proven track record of managing multiple accounts, growing funnel and ARR

Track record of driving action and follow-through in both customer and internal organization

Domain expertise in electricity sector, EV charging infrastructure and/or commercial fleet management

Fluent spoken & written English

Degree in business or other relevant field

Willingness to travel up to 50% to be with clients

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of people management experience

Experience with Customer Success software e.g., Gainsight

French and/or Spanish language skills
