Provide clear, prompt, detailed, empathetic, and customer-oriented support to our consumers
Oversee automated order flow via EDI/API platform, monitoring, solving, and documenting exceptions. Don't worry, you don't need to be an EDI/API guru, we've got you covered.
Manage day-to-day of retailer portals, specifically issues relating to orders and fulfilment
Input and process manual orders and requests in a timely manner
Respond quickly and professionally to internal and external inquiries
