As the Data Analytics Coordinator, you will play a key role in improving business processes and collaborating with stakeholders to drive success. This role involves partnering with key stakeholders to establish and implement data-driven metrics designed to enhance internal business processes, support strategic planning, and ultimately improve profitability. Additionally, you will work closely with central departments to advance the organization’s goals for digitalization and automation.Key Responsibilities:
Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., QlikSense, Databricks, Snowflake, Python, Alteryx) to implement solutions that enhance team efficiency and reliability.
Manage and oversee cross-functional data analytics projects across departments, guiding them from inception through production, while ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
Collaborate in defining metrics to expand the depth of analysis, improve internal processes, and identify quantifiable business opportunities.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data products for data warehousing, including Data Lake concepts.
Build trust and cooperation with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing.
Communicate findings and insights clearly to upper management and internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Provide guidance and training to peers or stakeholders on data analytics tools and best practices.
Stay updated on the latest data analytics technologies and trends to ensure the application of cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI) to create impactful, easy-to-understand visual reports.
Proficiency in ETL processes using tools like Databricks, Snowflake, Alteryx, or similar platforms.
Preferred experience with programming languages such as SQL and Python.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment with minimal supervision.
Strong capability to analyze large datasets, extract actionable insights, and establish processes for regular updates and reporting.
Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities based on business needs.
Logical and systematic approach to unfamiliar issues, with the ability to gather and synthesize relevant information from multiple sources.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in explaining non-routine or technical matters clearly.
