Description We are offering a 2 WEEK contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in our Sandy Springs, Georgia location. The role involves maintaining and managing our databases with the latest and accurate information. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering data into our computer systems, maintaining and updating current information, checking databases for any inconsistencies or errors, and resolving them promptly.Responsibilities: Review and verify documents for completeness and accuracy Enter data accurately into relevant databases and ensure all information is up-to-date Monitor and update records to ensure accuracy, organize files, and collect data to be entered into the computer Identify and promptly resolve any errors or inconsistencies in the entered data Adhere to confidentiality guidelines at all times to safeguard the company’s sensitive information Administer data backups and maintain data security systems to ensure data protection Respond efficiently to requests to retrieve data from the database and provide required information Regularly report progress to the management and propose possible enhancements to improve efficiency Assist with other administrative tasks as required.Requirements Proficient in using 10 Key Skills Demonstrated ability in Customer Service Experience in Data Entry tasks Capable of Email Correspondence Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Ability to Organize Files efficiently Able to Perform Calculations accurately Skilled in Scanning documents Excellent Typing skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
