Meta data Management Lead – US The position would be responsible for leading the end-to-end metadata engagement. Must have 12+ years of Data Management and Data Governance experience. Should have experience in managing large team in offshore onshore model. Should have strong verbal and written communication and articulation skills. Strong understanding and prior hands-on experience with Informatica Suite of tools (EDC/AXON/DPM/IDQ).Should be able to lead the client meetings, workshops and work as the trusted advisor to the client Primary responsibility includes:Managing the entire metadata implementation program by acting as a trusted advisor to the clientBuild out strong relationship with the client and lead client workshops/meetings along with Offshore and Onsite leadManage the team in an offshore onsite model, and ensure the timely and quality delivery of the phase wise implementation workWork in close collaboration with the vendor partner i.e InformaticaAct as a Quality assurance lead of the final deliverableAssess risk and clear roadblock for both offshore and onsite teamAct as a subject matter expert of the Data Governance and Metadata Management
