It sells products through Carter's and Osh Kosh B'gosh physical stores, websites, and retail outlets such as department stores - Looking to improve its customer data management and insights capabilities so it can better personalize the customer journey and better serve them across the website, mobile, email and direct mail
- Skills needed include understanding and diagramming customer/marketing related technical architecture, some application engineering experience for MarTech/CX related technologies, customer data analysis
- Some retail industry experience is a plpreferred
- Some experience on customer experience, customer service, and marketing technology projects
