- 12+ years’ experience leading technical operations and delivery teams

- Partner and collaborate with business and technology teams, acting as a thought leader and strategist for supporting the KRIS

- Ensure TechOps support to Consulting and Program Management, providing the metrics they want to see/resources they need;
- interface with leadership and provide performance metrics on TechOps performance
- Provide coaching, guidance and direction to the service desk and technical leads that operate the system
- Provide technical design and implementation leadership, including driving quality across the full SDLC working with the KRIS
- Center of Excellence (COE) team
- Design solutions that reduce costs, increase efficiencies, provide more value and capabilities, reduce risks, and increase security
- Develop project estimates to design, build, deliver and run business solutions
- Collaborate with solution architects in efforts on technology research, evaluations and proof of concepts (POC)
- Communicate best practices by giving presentations, working with project teams,
- 15+ years of experience in technology, general software development methodologies and practices, implementing applications in distributed processing environments, including relevant architecture experience
- Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations and communicating technology strategy and direction for all levels of management, end users, and technical staff
- Ability to translate business needs into engineered solutions using cloud technologies, including conducting POCs to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
- Strong understanding of cloud computing architecture, technical design and implementations, including Container-baased delivery models in AWS
- Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical, presentation and negotiation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
- Capable of building strong professional relationships with ability to influence all levels across the organization
- ITIL Certification desired

- Experience developing policies and procedures.
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies & tools
- Good Understanding of Engagement Delivery
- Good understanding of MS Office, ServiceNow Jira, Confluence
- SOC/ compliance experience (nice to have).
