Primary Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Data Engineering Management
  • Proven experience in managing global development team across different time zones
  • Full understanding of ELT and Report Development Life Cycle
  • Proven experience in delivering high quality report platform in AWS and Enterprise Reporting Tool
  • Good understanding of data warehouse concepts of star schema
  • Good understanding of Report concepts like prompts, filters, graphs
  • Demonstrated capability to motivate the team
  • Proven capability to organize meetings and draw plans for the action items
  • Proven capability to address challenges and unblock the team for maximum efficiency
  • Proven capability for open communication and bold decisions for corrective actions
  • Proven capability to generate trust in management and all stake holders including product management
  • Plan for training and skill enhancement of the team members
  • Capable of fully and truthfully representing the project status
  • Drive the project to completion within time and budget
  • Proven skills to lead the team to follow agile scrum process
