Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Pendergrass, Georgia. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, primarily for Microsoft Office applications, and managing user accounts using Active Directory. Your role will also involve setting up and installing new PCs, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and administering cell phones. Responsibilities: Provide support for Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Excel and Outlook (both desktop and O365) Manage user accounts and user group maintenance using Active Directory Set up and install new PCs, including SCCM imaging and third-party software installations Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues, which may include desktops, laptops, laser printers, zebra thermal printers, and handheld scanners Administer cell phones, including adding to Microsoft Intune and configuring Company Portal, Outlook, and Teams on devices Manage IT supplies, including inventory and ordering Perform basic network cabling tasks, such as running cables and crimping endsSkills: Proficiency in Citrix and Dell Technologies Familiarity with EO/IR systems Experience with Mac Computers Knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Active Directory Experience with hardware configuration management and deployments Ability to provide Deskside Support Requirements Familiarity with Citrix Technologies. Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Dell Technologies. Experience with EO/IR systems. Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining Mac Computers. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products and systems. Experience in managing and maintaining Active Directory. Understanding of Computer Hardware and its troubleshooting. Knowledge in Configuration Management. Experience in handling Deployments. Proven experience in providing Deskside Support. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
