Duration: 3 month contract-to-hireOnsite: Atlanta, GACore Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pmRequirements and Responsibilities:
- CompTIA A+
- 5+ years of proven deskside support experience working in a fast-paced enterprise environment
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution. Achieves SLA attainment rate of 90% or above
- Extensive experience working with Windows 7/10 and Mac OS
- Office 365 experience - Troubleshooting
- Single Sign On (SSO) -Troubleshooting
- Microsoft Intune - Managing users and devices
- Proficient with ServiceNow
- Active Directory experience "managing users and computers
- Proficiency in Group Policy Objects - GPO
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and end users
- Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a large company
- Experience supporting a conference room with familiarity in AV hardware / software
- ServiceNow experience preferred
