Job Description:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent applied experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Minimum of 5 years environment management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on CI/CD experience.
  • Experience working within a CI/CD pipeline (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Technical background in software engineering and delivery.
  • Working experience of VBA/VBScript, PowerShell, Shell Script, C# .NET would also be a big plus for CI/CD Automation.

Skills and Competencies
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile.
  • Development using scripting tools & languages for CI/CD automation.
  • Configuring/Setting up QA Technology environment.
  • Familiarity with QA software and test management tools.
  • Experience designing and implementing test plans.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both management and technical teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask within various projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed working environment.
  • Ability to adapt in a changing environment and take initiative to suggest improvements.
  • Collaboration skills and ability to work on a team.

Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a motivated

    environment management analyst with experience designing, managing, and supporting environments within a corporate environment.
  • This individual would have a hybrid role of 1) establishing and executing an effective environment management strategy 2) automate processes thru the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and 3) supporting the standard toolset used by the Operational Excellence team.
  • Development, implementation, and support of a robust environment management strategy.
  • Communicating and collaborating with project and technical teams on environment requests, delivery, and support.
  • Ensure the creation and decommissioning of environments is done appropriately.
  • Effectively leverage CI/CD to minimize need for manual migrations and environment prep work.
  • Review and modify CI/CD processes and standards, iteratively.
  • Identify efficiency tools and enabling technologies to manage data and configurations across environments.
  • Support toolset used by department. Manage setup and configuration.
  • Performs needs analysis of applications and available testing tools.
  • Participates in the audit, evaluation, consultation and review of products and processes.
