Piper Companies is seeking a
DevOps Engineer in the Atlanta, GA market to join an INCREDIBLE new opportunity establishing one of the key construction support organizations in the country . This position is on-site near Fort Mill, SC. The DevOps Engineer will help run software automaton and deployment activities. Responsibilities for the DevOps Engineer include : • Experience in implementing and supporting CICD Pipelines with tools such as Azure-DevOps or Jenkins • Manage all production environment changes including, supporting day to day requests, season start up activities, new PC's setups, yearly software upgrades, bi-weekly releases, etc • Work with peers to improve and expand infrastructure • Create and support cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and local cluster environment and infrastructure Required Qualifications for the DevOps Engineer include : • Hands on experience implementing and supporting Pipelines utilizing Jenkins, Terraform, Artifactory, Maven, Cloudformation, Chef, Puppet/Ansible/Salt Stack, and other tools • Understanding and familiarity with the fundamentals Application server, Web server and systems administration • Knowledge with large scale monitoring and analysis systems, such as Dynatrace, Sumo Logic, ELK or Splunk • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience Compensation for the DevOps Engineer include : • $100,000-135,000Depends on level of degree and combined years of experience plus % bonuses and spot bonuses • Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, Sick time, 401K and much more
